March 1958 – the founder, Mr. Kazuo Morooka, started a small construction business.

November 1966 – Established as Morooka Industry Ltd.

August 1971 – Company name changed to Morooka Co., Ltd.

August 1975 – Production start of hydraulic trencher, bulldozer and off-road carrier.

October 1977 – Start of delivery of crawler shovels and crawler carriers to Showa base (Antarctica).

October 1978 – Development of large size crawlers (500 mm width) as a joint development with Bridgestone.

April 2000 – Release of Wood Crusher.

July 2012 – Start of production in America.

July 2016 – Establishment of Morooka America.

April 2017 – Establishment of Morooka Europe GmbH.
